Butler/chef attended live kitchen 3 hour service. Package includes one hour service with two butler passed hors d’oeuvres of your choice, includes organic mixed greens salad.
“Mofongo” is an Afro-Puerto Rican dish with fried plantains as its main ingredient. Although plantains are picked green for this dish, we also use the ripe plantains and yuca which are mashed with salt, butter, garlic and olive oil in a wooden mortar and pestle.

Love & Spice presents live culinary performances by our chefs creating fabulous and innovative cuisine resulting in an experience to be remembered.

We exclusively use the finest and freshest locally grown produce and ingredients when available. These prices are subject to our company minimum, special holiday rates and product availability. Pop up kitchen prices per person are prepared for a minimum party of 50 guests and includes a chef and two station attendants. One extra server will be required per every 25 guests at an extra cost of $175 per server for a minimum of 5 hours. Glassware, beverages, station set up, china, flatware, linens, catering equipment, tables, chairs, table decor or any other event rentals are not included. A delivery surcharge of $150, a 7.5% tax and 18% service charge on food and beverage, will be added to the final bill.

Menu tastings are available for a fee and will be credited to a booked party.
