Love & Spice is a boutique firm of hospitality curators dedicated to create pop-up experiences that elevate and awaken all your senses, turning ordinary events into extraordinary and timeless memories.

We present food and drink as fantasies, as love catalysts, as art. By going back to basics, we bring a decadent new flair to the classics. We are best known for our catering services, social parties, our eateries and craft bars.

Our experiences are created by combining New American Cuisine with a fusion of international flavors, tantalizing craft cocktails, cutting edge design, serviced by our expert and stylish staff.

Sami Rodríguez is a chef, an event designer, and an impeccable host. A Miami hospitality curator with a flawless sense of style.  Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he developed a love for the arts at an early age.  That love turned into passion and led him to the historic Southeast Georgia city of Savannah to pursue a design career and accomplished a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design and Art History at the Savannah College of Art and Design, consistently regarded as one of the best art colleges in the nation.

After college, Sami moved to New York City where his career incorporated fashion, interior, graphic, set design and art curation. In 2002, while working in the art world, he discovered a new love and passion for the culture of cuisine and hospitality.  He attended the International Culinary Center, also known as the French Culinary Institute where he trained among award winner and  Michelin Star master chefs including Andre Soltner, Jacques Pepin, and Jacques Torres, earning a Grande Diplome in Classic Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management.
